This past weekend I spent a few days eating my way through the Fancy Food Show, they could easily re name it Fancy Food Con. I went to look at trends and try new products to feature and share with you all, lots of fun things coming soon. I love meeting people in the food world because their passion is just magnetic, add in breakfast at Tartine Manufactory and we have a winner. This breakfast was with my friend Alexandra she is an expert at all things Greek and we both loose it for beautiful packaging. We were also joined by Marlena Spieler who is a legend and has authored over 70 cookbooks! I had to show you some of the beautiful things we all shared:
This is brioche layered with an orange syrup infusion, almond cream and a grapefruit marmalade topped with sliced almonds. Also known as heaven.
My husband Matt doesn't like bread puddings so I have to seek them out when I travel, this one was worth the wait.
