We see the word "easy" too much these days and honestly I'm not really a fan. I like works like luxurious or delicious over easy any day. But when something is truly easy and delicious I am all about sharing, that's how we come to Old Bay popcorn.
I like to make popcorn on the stove, it is so easy I am baffled by the amount of products they sell to do this simple thing. All you need is a pot with a lid, oil, and popcorn kernels. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1/3 cup of kernels to the pot. Put the lid on and turn the heat up to medium high. Slide the pot forwards and backwards to roll the kernels in oil. When they start to pop move faster. Take the popcorn off the heat when the pops are slowing down, now pour the popcorn into a large bowl to season. EASY!
Now for the seasoning melt 1 stick of butter ( I do this on the stove because it always sounds like a bomb is going off if I do it in the microwave) then add 1 tablespoon of old bay spice and mix.
What easy snacks are you thinking of making for the Superbowl?
